Levitating Card Holder
(This project works with a graded trading card or a rubiks cube)
This was a fun project. A while ago I built a display case and had some requests about a single trading card holder so I wanted to mix it up and try something new.
To make this project you will need one of the popular levitating platforms. I recommend this one HERE (has been tested and fits with the design).
Steps are as follows
- Take apart the levitating item that comes with the base to get the magnet out. This is the little planter pot thing in the link above.
- Unscrew the 4 screws in the base and remove the lid.
- Print the files HERE and then put the magnet in the card holder (or rubiks cube holder) and the cover on the base. Please note the printing files for the base are in the folder, when you import them, you can import them merged and then pick and choose the colors you want them to be.
